Marketing Manager - Scoresby (VIC, Australia)

We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to be our Marketing Manager and all round, switched on, go-to, Captain of Communications. We’re dreaming of strategies that are epic in their simplicity, global experience that would make Google swoon and a person who knows the importance of just being human.

 

What does that actually mean? In the role you would… 

  • Develop strategies and tactics to grow our brand and drive revenue in existing and new markets, in line with company objectives and principles. This includes co-ordinating strategy across local and global markets, with an initial focus on the USA.
  • Along with your team, conduct successful communications programs, your role being the ownership of their implementation from creation to execution. This includes strategic priorities and campaign calendars for the engagement, nurturing and acquisition of customers across all markets.
  • Oversee the building of strategic relationships - partnering and co-creating with key industry players, influencers and LE ambassadors, from a standpoint of understanding the importance of community.
  • Create comprehensive content strategies to ensure brand voice and imagery align with the core purpose of the brand, across a wide variety of communication channels – social platforms, EDM’s, instore material, trade publications, live events.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales and promotional activities.
  • Oversee the implementation of marketing strategy and of marketing budget allocation. This includes the measurement and reporting of campaign performance, insights gained and assessed against goals.
  • Manage and build the capability of the marketing team and work with different teams across the business to deliver successful campaigns.
  • Work with and report to the Brand Director, identifying long and short term marketing strategy and evolving the brand story in conjunction with her.
  • Actively monitor macro and micro trends in marketing and related areas, fuelled by a lively interest in the zeitgeist. You would create campaigns inspired by the leading edge of change, identifying key opportunities to provide the framework for effective growth.
  • Oversee the roll out of content and brand voice across all social media platforms, in all markets.
  • Use analytics to provide data driven insights to fuel action.

  • Seasoned practitioners with pliable wills actively encouraged.

 

Experience, knowledge & qualifications needed

  • Tertiary degree in marketing or a related field
  • At least 5 years experience marketing leadership role
  • Experience in launching into international markets (ideally USA)
  • People leadership and development expertise

Customer Service Manager - Scoresby (VIC, Australia) 

We are seeking a customer focused and commercially savvy Customer Service Manager.

 

In the role you would… 

  • Lead a small team to provide excellent customer service to our worldwide customer base.
  • Be responsible for accurately and timely processing of orders, invoicing, customer payment receipts and account maintenance.
  • In-house sales support for our sales and marketing managers, including organizing promotional activity, store specials, tastings, events, etc.
  • Monitor customer service and aftersales support activities, and deliver reporting requirements.
  • Identify and manage (cross) sales opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement across the customer service centre processes and KPIs.
  • Coach and develop your team of customer service reps (4 FTE).

  • Advanced experience working with ERP’s (we use Sage X3) and MS Office
